ARTHEN is a premium Ayurvedic personal care brand offering pure, single-ingredient herbal powders for hair and skin care. Our products are traditionally sourced, hygienically processed, and packed in India. All products are sold under the trademark "ARTHEN — Purely From Earth."

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However:

  • Product colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly due to the natural, herbal nature of our ingredients and monitor display settings.
  • All product claims are based on traditional Ayurvedic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • We recommend performing a patch test before using any product for the first time, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
  • ARTHEN products are for external use only unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
  • Payment can be made through the payment gateways available at checkout, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and select wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders and pin codes.
  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. ARTHEN does not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India.
  • Orders below ₹499 are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹59.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our warehouse.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS.
  • ARTHEN is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen events, incorrect delivery addresses, or force majeure situations.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by ARTHEN. We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
  • Cancel any order after it has been placed, in which case any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at care@arthen.in. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we follow a limited return policy:

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong product delivered).
  • Return requests must be raised within 24hr. of delivery by emailing care@arthen.in with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, minor variations in natural colour or texture, or dissatisfaction with results.
  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or its systems.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ARTHEN. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. Reviews & User Content
